The Sacred Tree

Years ago, a large region (almost half a continent) on earth suffered a great disaster. It is not even known whether the inhabitants of that area died or not because even approaching the borders of the region is very dangerous.

A group of people miraculously survived this disaster, but their lives are still tied to a tree in a cave. It's been a long time, but they're still working to survive. You are on the expedition team. Your task is to research to survive.

The 2020 Epic was created for MegaJam in a week with the theme "It's been a long time, but we're not done yet."
